1. Finance & Accounting Support
a. Provide review and reconciliation support along with preparation of month-end financial reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
b. Review and implementation of adequate internal control procedures.
c. Periodic presentations to Boards, Councils, and Management.
d. Provide expertise and recommendations to improve the efficiency of the organization.
e. Annual Year-end close preparations and provision of support to external auditors – Known as the “Audit Prep”.
f. Support the CEO, GM, Executive Director, Administrator on miscellaneous financial projects as requested.
2. Budget Preparation Support
a. Support the CEO, GM, Exec. Director, Administrator with the preparation of the annual budget.
b. Review and compare monthly budget to actual reporting for accuracy.
c. Prepare the monthly budget to actual reporting for Management.
3. Payroll Support
a. Support the CEO, GM, Exec. Director, Administrator in maintaining compliance for all required tax filings.
b. Review all monthly/quarterly payroll filings for completeness and accuracy.
c. Insure all Payroll functions are utilized for maximum efficiency.
4. Grant Management and Reporting Support
a. Prepare Grant drawdown requests as required.
b. Prepare timely and accurate grant reporting for Agencies.
c. Post all indirect costs for all grants monthly.
d. Prepare required annual indirect cost reports.
e. Support Exec. Director/Administrators with indirect cost negotiations and contracts.
